Tropical Storms Building in Atlantic

If you are in the process of purchasing a home, and expect to close in the near future, pay attention to tropical storm activity. Most insurance companies stop writing policies for an area once a tropical storm has a name. If you can't get insurance, the bank won't release the funds, and it could hold up your closing date.
